jade-reef provides pet care services including but not limited to grooming, dog walking, boarding, cat sitting, training, and pet transportation. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet
• Inform us of any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs your pet may have
• Ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations as required for the service
• Provide emergency contact information
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your booking

Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Cancellation policies apply as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% charge may apply
• No-shows: Full charge may apply

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Pet Health and Safety

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care, you acknowledge that:

• Some risk is inherent in any pet care activity
• We are not veterinary professionals and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
• In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact and may seek veterinary care at your expense if we deem it necessary
• You are responsible for disclosing any known health or behavioural issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jade-reef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jade-reef, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your pet's behaviour while in our care.

Intellectual Property
