Visit Our Facility
We welcome visits from prospective clients who would like to see our facility before booking. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time for your tour.
Our premises include dedicated spaces for grooming, a secure outdoor exercise area, and comfortable boarding suites. We are happy to answer any questions about our setup and procedures.
Before You Visit
Helpful information for first-time clients.
What should I bring for the first visit?
Please bring your pet's vaccination records, any medications they require, and their favourite toy or blanket to help them feel comfortable. We will provide everything else needed for their care.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance for regular services. For boarding during peak holiday periods, two to three weeks notice helps ensure availability.
Do you care for pets with special needs?
Yes, we accommodate pets with various medical conditions, dietary requirements, and behavioural considerations. Please discuss your pet's specific needs during the initial consultation.
